Business Analyst

• Talk to stakeholders, figure out what they truly need, and translate those business goals for application development and design into clear, step-by-step technical blueprints (specifications).
• You’ll be hands-on with the project lifecycle, helping to estimate the effort, managing documentation, and keeping us on track in JIRA and Portfolio. You’ll be a core part of the Custom/Build Team, focused on ensuring new development projects and enhancements are delivered on time.
• Create test plans, run UAT sessions, and ensuring all solutions are designed and developed to standard. You are in charge of making sure the final product is perfect.
• When a project is done, you’ll compile and train teams on the SOP documentation for the new solution.
• Refine our methodology and ways of working for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of industry-related work experience in a business analysis role is required
• A suitable Tertiary Degree/Diploma or relevant Business Analysis Diploma or certifications
• Highly comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server, JIRA and Portfolio
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and reporting tools
• Strong specification and documentation writing skills
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile/Scrum certifications
• FMCG industry experience
• High levels of initiative, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivery
